Dear Mrs. Johnson,
I am Ms.Alonso, a student of the BA in ELT from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes where I had the pleasure to meet deeply Wilson Smith. As his coworker and friend, I am glad to recommend him as a teacher. He has been a great coworker during the last two years that we have worked together at the CEDECO San Marcos.
Wilson Smith is an active and creative person which during the time he used to work with me has managed students from different ages. He has achieved a high grade of proficiency in develop speaking skills in students by providing them innovative speaking activities. I would say that he is patient with kids and teenagers even though he has an easygoing behavior. He knows how to manage, engage, and keep students' attention. He has a great ability to establish clear objectives for each lesson plan and to accomplish them. In addition, he has established a good relationship with other coworkers by giving and receiving feedback about their performances. For this reason, the company has scheduled a monthly meeting to speak about these improvements in teacher's performances. This idea was suggested by Wilson Smith and has increased the rapport between coworkers.
I firmly would recommend Wilson Smith as a coworker, employee, or business associate because he is an active and creative person who is always looking further to improve his teaching techniques. He has the determination to accomplish not only his lesson plan objectives but also his life goals. Likewise, he knows how to motivate others to accomplish their own goals. I hope this information helps you to make the appropriate decisions. I remain at your service, so let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Best Regards,
Sandra Alonso Reyes
