My educational philosophy as an English teacher is to guide my students through their learning process of a new language. I believe that a teacher must help his students by providing them with the necessary resources so they can achieve their learning goals. For this reason, my role in education is not only to have the knowledge of the subject but also to keep students interest by using innovate materials and activities. I will try to keep a comfortable classroom environment where students have the freedom of expression and creativity. I believe that providing them freedom lets students know their weaknesses and strengths. Likewise, as a part of my role I will  help my students overcome their weaknesses or strengthen their strengths by giving individual feedback about their progresses. I believe that each person is different so each student has his own learning style. For that reason, I will try to apply a variety of  techniques so they can reach their goals. Finally, I will implement the collaborative work because in my opinion even though each person  is different we must learn how to work as a team by respecting other's opinions and helping each other to achieve the same objective.
