 I would like to be an elementary teacher so that I can share my knowledge with others and keep learning from others experiences.  Therefore, I expect a job which gives me opportunities to grow and in which recognizes the importance of being update. In order to being update I will  attend conferences and several trainings to improve my development as a teacher. Likewise, I would like to collaborate with my colleagues with the purpose of noticing mistakes in my performance for this reason I would be opened to observe and be observed by them in order to keep improving my skills. As a result of this I expect a job with a respectful environment in which these observations help each other to achieve a greater level of teaching quality; for this reason, I commit to being respectful at giving and receiving comments about my performance. Finally, I would like to be payed according to my efforts and results and be rewarded for extra working hours.
